RN - Home Health Community Home Health Care Services is a family-owned business that has been serving the community for over 30 years. Position Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) provides home health visits in New Buffalo, Michigan. The RN assesses, implements a care plan, and provides education to patients and their families. Pay Rate - Negotiable Key Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes following physician orders Develop and update individualized plans of care Administer medications Perform admissions, routine visits, and reassessments Educating patients and families Document care in the electronic health record accurately and timely Typical Work Setting Patient homes (primary) Sometimes nursing homes or assisted living facilities Travel within a regional service area (Berrien County) Schedule PRN start with potential to transition into part-time Flexible schedule Qualifications Active Michigan RN license Graduate of accredited nursing program 1-3+ years nursing experience (home health) preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication and critical thinking skills Core Skills Time management (independent field work) Documentation and care coordination
Pay:
$30.00 - $85.00 per hour
