Join our healthcare partner's Cardiovascular Unit, where your skills and expertise will make a significant impact on patient outcomes. As a critical member of the team, you'll be part of a unit that performs advanced cardiac procedures and cares for patients with complex cardiovascular conditions. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional care to patients in the Cardiovascular Unit. Your clinical judgment and expertise will be vital in diagnosing and treating patient responses to various health conditions. Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiology patients, including those undergoing procedures like PTCA, stents, and TAVR Care for post-operative open heart surgery patients and those with congestive heart failure Collaborate with the NISUS research department on national clinical trials Maintain proficiency in cardiac care and EKG interpretation Willingness to float to similar units as needed Adhere to a strict attendance policy to ensure optimal patient care Need 1 year experience in setting Proficiency in cardiac care required Michigan license verification required ACLS and BLS certifications required
