Requirements Education/Licensure:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license; ADN/BSN accepted Current BLS certification Proof of nursing liability insurance or willingness to obtain coverage during onboarding 3+ years of hospital-based nursing experience OR home infusion/infusion center experience Experience in any of the following areas is especially valuable: Home Infusion Infusion Center Oncology Emergency Department ICU / Critical Care Hematology Infectious Disease Home Health About Float Health Float Health is an on-demand nursing platform that partners with specialty pharmacies to connect experienced nurses with patients who need in-home medication administration.
