PRN / As-Needed About the Role Just Like Family Care Givers LLC is building a regional network of experienced Michigan Registered Nurses to complete structured, in-person eligibility and functional assessments for individuals participating in long-term-care programs. This is a highly flexible PRN opportunity designed for RNs who want occasional supplemental work without committing to a recurring weekly schedule. Assessments are offered as they become available in your geographic area, and you can accept assignments based on your availability. What You'll Do Conduct scheduled in-person assessments using established program guidelines. Gather and verify relevant health, demographic, and medication information. Observe functional abilities, independence, ADLs and IADLs. Complete required cognitive or functional screening components. Accurately document findings in the required electronic assessment system. Submit documentation within required turnaround times. Communicate with the coordination team regarding assignments or questions. Qualifications Required:

Active, unrestricted Michigan RN license Strong assessment, observation, documentation, and communication skills Comfortable working independently in the field Comfortable using web-based technology on a laptop or tablet Reliable transportation Valid driver's license and automobile insurance Ability to complete documentation promptly

Preferred:

2+ years of RN experience Home health, hospice, LTC, geriatrics, case management, utilization review, or community nursing experience Previous field or insurance assessment experience This May Be a
