This role is ideal for nurses with experience in hospital, acute care, medical-surgical, emergency, critical care, infusion, or home health settings who are looking for greater autonomy and meaningful one-on-one patient care. Home health experience is preferred but not required . Initiate and maintain peripheral IV access. Access and maintain PICC lines, midlines, implanted ports, and peripheral IVs. Administer IV fluids and medications using infusion pumps and gravity methods. Monitor vascular access sites and identify potential complications. Provide wound assessment and treatment, including chronic, surgical, diabetic, and pressure wounds. Perform wound VAC therapy as ordered. Educate patients and caregivers regarding medications, IV therapy, wound care, and disease management. Collaborate with physicians, pharmacies, case managers, and other healthcare professionals. Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in the home setting. Qualifications Required Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of one (1) year of recent nursing experience in: Hospital Acute care Medical-surgical Emergency Department Critical Care Infusion Nursing Similar clinical setting Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned territory. Ability to work independently.
