In this vital role, you will provide expert nursing care to patients experiencing acute medical conditions, trauma, and emergencies. Your expertise in assessment, intervention, and patient advocacy will ensure timely, efficient, and compassionate care for diverse patient populations. Duties Perform comprehensive patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations to determine urgent medical needs. Administer medications and treatments such as IV infusions, suturing, and medication administration following strict aseptic techniques and hospital protocols. Utilize EMR systems to document patient information accurately and efficiently. Manage airway interventions, ventilator support, and acute pain management for critically ill patients in accordance with established emergency medicine procedures. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans. Support laboratory specimen collection, diagnostic evaluation, and infection control measures to uphold hospital standards of safety and quality care. Requirements At least 1 year of ER experience.
