Deliver public health and case management services to clients using initiative, judgment, and independent decision making within the scope of professional nursing standards. Admission and visits for Rural Health Clinic Nurse program School Nurse assignments as directed by PHN Community Health Manager. Complete grant work plan activities based on the grant requirements as assigned Utilize policies and procedures when performing assigned activities Chart according to grant and community health guidelines Job Requirements Required Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing One - three (1-3) years public health experience and/or home care
