Role:

Responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

Responsibilities:

Delegates care tasks to nursing staff based on licensure and job roles, responds to emergency calls, assists ambulance teams with medical services, and ensures safe patient transportation. Contributes to the facility's mission, goals, and regulatory compliance, including meeting standards from accrediting agencies.

Qualifications:

Requires a BSN or ADN from an accredited nursing program. Must hold current nursing licensure in the state of employment. Certifications needed include BCLS within 1 month, ACLS and PALS within 1 year, ENPC and TNCC within 2 years.

Work Environment:

Includes day, evening, and night shifts with weekend and holiday requirements. No call obligation. Possible remote/hybrid options.

Compensation & Benefits:
