Job Description
Role:
Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for organizing and delivering resident care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.Key Duties:
Delegates care tasks to nursing staff based on their licensure and job roles; contributes to facility mission and compliance with regulatory standards, including the Joint Commission.Qualifications:
Meets state licensure requirements; holds current RN licensure in applicable states; BLS certification within one month.Shift Details:
Rotating shifts (Day/Eve/Night), with varying start/end times, including weekends and holidays; call obligation required.Compensation & Benefits:
