The Behavioral Health Float Pool consists of floating between Adult Behavioral Health, Child/Adolescent Behavioral Health, as well as the Behavioral Health unit in the Emergency Department.

What You'll Do in
This Role:
Deliver Comprehensive Care:
Provide nursing care that is holistic, compassionate, and centered on the individual needs of each patient.
Exercise Professional Autonomy:
Take responsibility for your nursing practice by making informed decisions and promoting health, recognizing that quality care is a universal right. Collaborate with
Healthcare Teams:
Work closely with patients and a multidisciplinary team (Behavioral Health Technicians, Nursing Assistants, Health Unit Coordinators, Occupational Therapists, Psychotherapists, Counselors, and Psychiatrists) to assess concerns, identify issues, and integrate both subjective and objective data.
Implement and Evaluate Care Plans:
Develop tailored care plans, apply appropriate interventions, and continuously evaluate patient outcomes to enhance overall care quality. This position will work the following: 0.7 FTE 8 Hour Shifts Day/Eve Rotation Every other weekend Additional $2.00 per hour upon hire into a float pool position
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Current nursing licensure in Minnesota Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 month from date of hire. Behavioral Health experience preferred Qualified candidates may be eligible for a hiring incentive of up to:
