Find a unique and rewarding next step in your nursing career by joining the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) at the St. Cloud Hospital. As a CICU RN, you will be at the forefront of providing specialized care to patients with critical cardiac conditions. This role allows you to develop and utilize advanced skills in cardiac nursing. Working in the CICU, you will play a critical role in saving lives and improving patient outcomes. The ability to make a significant impact on the recovery and well-being of cardiac patients can be highly fulfilling. Current openings (subject to change): Part-time| 48 hours every two weeks Full-time | 60 hours every two weeks Day/night rotation| 8 and 12-hour shifts | 7am-3:30pm, 7am-7:30pm, 7pm -7:30am and 11pm-7:30am Straight night schedule is a possibility Every third weekend | Predetermined holiday rotation

Pay and Benefits:

Pay based on experience and degree Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.86 per hour Bachelor's in nursing starting at $44.34 per hour Master's in nursing starting at $45.82 per hour Pay range: $42.86- $71.51 per hour

Qualifications:

Graduate from a nursing program required, BSN or MSN preferred BSN or higher required within three (3) years of being hired Current Minnesota RN license required Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider care required National Certification in Nursing Specialty preferred Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred Previous nursing experience preferred, new graduates to apply through the Graduate Nurse Residency Program CentraCare Heart & Vascular Center is the largest and most advanced heart and vascular center in Central Minnesota, providing care for more than 60,000 patients each year!
