About this role:
6 month contract to hire (based off performance/attendance) 40 hours a week 100% onsite Monday
  • Friday Must be a licensed RN Must have 1 year of Infusion experience
Pay Range:
$50/HR
  • $65/HR (based off years of experience) Coordinate and provide nursing care for patients with multiple sclerosis, including those receiving infusion therapies.
Triage patient, physician, and external medication-related calls and inquiries. Obtain and maintain accurate patient histories, clinical information, and documentation. Administer IV medications and infusion therapies according to physician orders and established protocols. Monitor patients during and after infusions and respond appropriately to adverse reactions or clinical concerns. Obtain and verify patient insurance and coverage information. Assist physicians with in-office procedures and other clinical needs. Perform blood draws and process laboratory specimens according to physician orders and study or clinical protocols. Accurately document patient care and clinical information in the electronic medical record (EHR). Educate patients and families on medications, infusion therapies, potential reactions, and aspects of their neurologic condition. Provide educational materials and resources to support patient understanding and treatment adherence. Identify patient concerns and communicate relevant clinical information to physicians and care team members. Participate in workflow and process improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and practice efficiency. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards. Perform other clinical and administrative duties as assigned.
