| Hopkins, Minnesota | Part-Time (24-32+ hours per week) Position Summary We are a boutique aesthetic and wellness clinic with two locations seeking a skilled, client-focused Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our Hopkins Minnesota team. This role is ideal for an injector with a strong clinical foundation who wants to refine their skills, build a loyal patient base, and grow within a collaborative, safety-focused practice. What You'll Do This is a fun, diverse, and at times fast paced position requiring many roles including performing: Consultations & Treatment Planning Conduct patient consultations to assess goals, history, and priorities. Undergo training on pelleting and hormone therapy Create individualized, safety-focused treatment plans with natural results. Review options, risks, expectations, and aftercare. Injectable Treatments Perform neuromodulator, dermal filler, and biostimulator treatments. Maintain high standards for safety, technique, and patient comfort. Monitor outcomes, provide follow-up care, and adjust plans as needed. Recognize and respond to complications appropriately. Documentation & Patient Care Maintain accurate records, consents, and photos in Aesthetic Record. Conducting day to day inventory, client check ins, answering calls when not providing client care. Educate patients on skincare and complementary treatments. Recommend treatments through education, not pressure. Build long-term patient relationships through trust and communication. Collaboration & Growth Work closely with providers and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience. Participate in education, events, and occasional marketing content. Contribute ideas to improve care and clinic growth. Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted MN RN, APRN/NP, or PA license. 1+ years clinical experience in medical aesthetics and injectables Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injection safety. Ability to manage complications and adverse events. Excellent communication, documentation, and patient care skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Aesthetic Record or LeadAR.
