Schedule:

3 shifts per week, 12-hour variable shifts

Qualifications:

Active Minnesota RN license Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN in an Emergency Room setting Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver swift, accurate patient assessments and implement critical care interventions in a high-acuity emergency department Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute patient-focused care plans Respond promptly to emergent situations, administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and providing emotional support to patients and their families Ensure strict adherence to all safety, infection control, and documentation standards Participate actively in internal handoffs and shift reports to ensure seamless patient care
