Registered Nurse (RN) - Assisted Living Community Join Our Team and Make a Difference Every Day We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and resident-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Assisted Living team. In this role, you will provide clinical leadership, coordinate resident care, and help create a safe, comfortable, and enriching environment for older adults. Position Summary The RN is responsible for overseeing resident health services, conducting assessments, managing care plans, administering medications as needed, and collaborating with residents, families, physicians, and staff to ensure exceptional care and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Perform resident assessments and ongoing health evaluations. Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans. Monitor residents' medical conditions and respond to changes in health status. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and company policies. Coordinate care with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and family members. Supervise and support nursing assistants and caregiving staff. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and resident records. Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and infection control standards. Participate in resident admissions, transfers, and discharges. Provide education and guidance to residents, families, and team members. Qualifications Current RN license in good standing. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Assisted living, long-term care, geriatric, or senior living experience preferred. Strong assessment, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
