3x12 Variable (3 shifts/week, 36 scheduled hours) Job Summary R&B Staffing is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment at Mahnomen Health Center in Mahnomen, MN, starting August 24. Mahnomen Health Center is a Critical Access/Rural Emergency Hospital, so the ideal candidate is comfortable managing a wide range of acuities in a fast-paced, small-facility ER setting. Requirements Active RN License required Current BLS certification Current ACLS certification Current PALS certification Current TNCC certification Willingness to work a 3x12 variable schedule (36 scheduled hours/week) Willingness to commit to a 13-week assignment Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to ER patients across a range of acuities and presentations Triage, stabilize, and coordinate care for emergent and urgent patients Collaborate with physicians and ER staff to ensure safe, efficient patient care Accurately document patient care per facility and regulatory standards
