You will be responsible for:

Executing the Standards of Nursing Practice, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation Developing and revising patient care plans and coordinating care among disciplines Delegating activities to other care providers as appropriate Participating in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practices Implementing personal leadership qualities to improve practice standards and the environment of care To be successful in this role, you will need: Need 2 years experience in setting BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or ARC) PALS and TNCC certifications Experience with all patient populations Trauma Level IV experience Proficiency with Epic systems Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
