Flexible schedule; ideally 1-2 days per week (M-F)Position Summary:
We are excited to hire a part-time Registered Nurse to join our dynamic treatment team. Our company is medically-based, so as the Registered Nurse, you will help our clients achieve the aesthetic results they've always wanted while providing them with excellent patient care. - Perform consultations that develop comprehensive aesthetic treatment plans
- Perform all laser hair removal treatments, freckle removal, vein removal, skin tightening, and other aesthetic services within established treatment protocols and procedures
- Educate patients on aesthetic service process, procedure, pre/post treatment care, and product-based recommendations
- Work autonomously with clients to achieve their medical or aesthetic goals
- Collaborate with the clinic team to achieve business goals
- Provide a friendly and comfortable environment by delivering world class patient care
- Record clear and accurate medical documentation in patients EMR on a tablet device
- Ensure a professional clean work environment; to include prepping the treatment room in between patients
- Clean and perform minor maintenance on the laser to ensure proper functionality
- Assist with scheduling and patient questions around services
- Collaborate with Regional Clinical Specialist/Practitioner and Medical Management Specialists, as needed, regarding patient treatment plans
- Work closely with management on and participate in all marketing and promotional activities and events
- Perform a wide variety of advanced aesthetic services and meet regular performance metrics
- Conducts direct follow up phone calls and email outreach to guests with retention opportunities with the goal of rescheduling them for appointments
- Consistently meets and/or exceeds individual key performance metrics (i.e., sales, retail, rebook, retention goals)
- Educates all clients as to benefits of Elevate's loyalty program and consistently reinforces benefit of the program to current clients
- Develops long-term relationships with guests to ensure all guests receive the best, most comprehensive care from Elevate MedSpa
- Represents Elevate's Values in all circumstances
Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered LPN or RN license with hospital experience
- Licensed to practice in MN
- 1+ years of Aesthetic injecting experience, particularly in Dermal Fillers, Sculptra, Radiesse
- Out of state travel for training may be required
- Passionate about providing excellent patient care
- Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Be able to stand for up to 9 hours a day
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Be able to visually assess the client's skin and use visual abilities while operating the laser
- Be able to operate a laser and computer/office machinery (required use of hands, fingers, arms)
- Effective at time and work load management
- Able to work independently as well as with others in a team
- Experience working in a fast-paced high performing environment and able to multi-task
