agency near New Brighton, Minnesota. The RN will help welcome new clients, coordinate the start of services, and oversee client and worker supervision.

Pay:

$50-$60 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule:

Approximately 15-25 hours per week to start, with potential for additional hours as the caseload grows. Flexible daytime schedule with local visits to clients' homes. Responsibilities Meet with new clients and their representatives to review needs, preferences, and approved services. Coordinate new-client starts with clients, workers, and office staff. Develop and update PCA care plans and complete the agency's portions of CFSS service delivery plans. Conduct required client reviews, worker evaluations, and in-person supervisory visits. Train workers on each client's individual care needs and document their competency. Review service records, follow up on concerns or changes, and complete timely documentation. Qualifications Active Minnesota RN license. Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills. Ability to travel locally to clients' homes. Home-care experience is not required.
