Registered Nurse Job Details:

The Registered Nurse (RN) will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care within a 25-bed skilled nursing facility. The RN's responsibilities encompass both clinical duties and administrative tasks, ensuring comprehensive patient care.

Patient Assessment & Care Planning :

Evaluate patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and maintain accurate medical records.

Medication & Treatment Administration :

Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitor patient responses, and adjust care plans as necessary.

Monitoring & Documentation :

Regularly check and record vital signs, observe patient conditions, and document any changes or concerns.

Collaboration :

Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Family Communication :

Keep families informed about patient status and involve them in care decisions when appropriate. Long Term Care RN /

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

1 year+ of Long Term Care experience Minnesota RN License in good standing. Active AHA BLS certification or ability to obtain. Strong communication and team work Ability to learn quickly and work independently Ability to be flexible and adaptable Good track record with attendance and punctuality for more details and the next steps!
