Pay Range:
$81,000 - $90,000 Annually (Commensurate with experience) Central Minnesota Mental Health Center (CMMHC) has a rewarding opportunity to serve as a RN within our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team in St. Cloud. The RN is an active member of an evidenced-based clinical team, providing medically necessary treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to identified recipients with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI). This position is responsible for managing the medication system; administering and documenting medication treatment in collaboration with the Psychiatrist, Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Certified Nurse Specialist (CNS).WHAT IS ASSERTIVE COMMUNITY TREATMENT?
Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) is an intensive, non-residential mental health service for persons with serious mental illness. These individuals commonly experience multiple barriers to successful functioning, including co-occurring substance abuse or dependence, homelessness and unemployment. ACT teams help individuals treat and manage their mental illnesses and develop the skills they need for life in the community of their choice.ACT services are: Provided by multidisciplinary teamA blend of treatment, rehabilitation, therapeutic, and supportive servicesDirected to persons with a serious mental illness who require intensive servicesOffered on a time-unlimited basis and available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
