Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room (ER) care to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive nursing services in a fast-paced, acute care environment, ensuring immediate and effective patient assessment, intervention, and management. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on patient outcomes through expert clinical judgment, efficient triage, and collaborative teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform rapid and comprehensive assessments of emergency patients. Prioritize patients according to acuity and emergency department triage standards. Provide nursing care to patients across the lifespan, including pediatric and geriatric populations. Care for patients experiencing medical, surgical, neurological, cardiac, respiratory, orthopedic, and traumatic emergencies. Provide care for Level II and Level I trauma patients as required. Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions. Monitor cardiac rhythms and identify dysrhythmias. RN01

Requirements:

Min 2 years of RN ER experience. Active RN State license - Missouri/ compact

ACLS, BLS , PALS
