Our mission is to deliver exceptional, evidence-based patient care while helping patients look and feel their best. We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This role combines exceptional patient care with opportunities to educate providers and help grow an innovative aesthetic practice. Your Mission The Nurse Practitioner will perform Good Faith Medical Exams, evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications within scope, manage hormone optimization programs, and support provider education and clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive Good Faith Medical Exams in compliance with Missouri regulations. Evaluate patients for aesthetic, wellness, and hormone optimization treatments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient history, examination, and laboratory findings. Order, review, and interpret laboratory studies. Prescribe medications and therapies within scope of practice. Evaluate and manage Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) and other hormone optimization programs. Provide ongoing patient monitoring, follow-up care, and treatment adjustments. Maintain complete and accurate electronic medical records. Educate patients regarding treatment options, risks, benefits, and expected outcomes. Ensure compliance with all Missouri and federal prescribing regulations. Assist with protocol development and implementation. Provide aesthetic treatment education and hands-on training for providers and clinical staff as needed. Maintain current knowledge of advances in aesthetic medicine, wellness therapies, and hormone optimization. Required Qualifications Active Missouri APRN license in good standing National Nurse Practitioner certification Excellent clinical judgment and patient communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with physicians and staff Professional, positive, patient-focused attitude Preferred Qualifications Experience in aesthetics, wellness, functional medicine, or hormone optimization Experience performing aesthetic consultations Experience managing TRT/HRT Familiarity with weight management programs Experience with EMR systems Why Join Just GLO?
