Additional Job Description Premium Night Shift Sign On Bonus:
Graduate Nurse $10,000 Experienced Nurse $13,000 Cardiac Med Intermediate RN 24 hours per week, Nights Mercy Hospital Jefferson Festus, MO 63028 We are also known as the Progressive Care Unit or PCU. Our unit is an intermediate unit that is a step down from our intensive care but a step above med/surg as far as patient acuity Cardiac, Respiratory distress, Septic. No vents.- Mainly serve cardiac patients, also acute respiratory (no vents/but high flow ) 02 needs/new bipap, etc. then mix of any other disease process in which the physicians determine patient is too sick for floor; but not yet ICU level of care. Fast paced unit combining aspects of ED and ICU into one department
- busyness of ED & critical care aspect of ICU.
Qualifications:
Education:
Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).Licensure:
Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.Certifications:
