In this per diem opportunity, you'll play a vital role in supporting patient health and bridging gaps in careall while enjoying flexible scheduling designed around your availability.
Schedule:
Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday Create a personalized schedule to fit your needs Set your preferred weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive home health risk assessments, typically lasting 45 minutes, with visits ranging from annual assessments to post-discharge check-ins Evaluate prior and current medical history, health conditions, and medication use Educate patients about their conditions and medications, ensuring understanding and adherence Identify and address gaps in care, offering actionable recommendations to optimize health outcomes No treatment planning or medication prescribing required
Qualifications:
Active Nurse Practitioner license in Missouri Current CPR (BLS) certification Board Certification via AANP or ANCC Minimum 6 months of recent NP experience preferred MSN from an accredited nursing program Earn $80$90 per evaluation with additional mileage reimbursement and compensation for administrative time, recognizing both your clinical expertise and your travel requirements throughout Barry County.
