Responsibilities Assess patients' health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Monitoring patient recovery and compiling reports on patient diagnosis, operation, treatment, and progress. Liaise with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient care that is effective, appropriate, and coordinated. Operate medical equipment and monitor patient interactions with drugs and treatments. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health maintenance. Required Skills Strong clinical skills with a focus on orthopedic, neurological, and trauma nursing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in stressful situations and handle multiple priorities. Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
