Gifted Healthcare is seeking an experienced LTAC RN to deliver high-quality, complex patient care in a long-term acute care setting in Lake Saint Louis, MO. In this PRN role, you'll assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans, manage vents and critical drips, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote optimal patient outcomes. You'll educate patients and families, document thoroughly, and follow all infection-control and safety protocols. Responsibilities Provide complex, high-acuity nursing care to LTAC patients in an on-site clinical setting Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Manage ventilators, complex drips, and advanced clinical interventions per protocols Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Document care, assessments, and interventions in the EMR according to policy Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality standards at all times Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalate appropriately Support Gifted Healthcare's clinician-centered culture of respect, integrity, and excellence in patient care.
