Responsibilities:

Provide basic patient care: Taking Vitals, Weekly medication Management per Physicians orders, Monthly Diabetic Nails, Monthly Skin Monitoring and Bi Yearly General Health Assessments May supervise In Home Aides for Advance Personal Care (APC) Services Provide instruction/ Education on Medication when needed. Follow state approved care plan. Attend quarterly Nurse Meetings Good time management, detail oriented and self-starter

Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of MO In Home experience preferred Strong organizational, time management, and self-management skills Trustworthy, dependable, and able to work autonomously Strong and compassionate customer service skills Valid driver's license, Active Auto Insurance, and Reliable Transportation We're taking the journey with you, creating a New Beginning!
