Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable What You'll Do Provide high-quality nursing care for patients in a PCU setting with a focus on high acuity cases Monitor vital signs, manage IV drips, arterial lines, and ventilators (e.g., Bipap, Airvo) Administer medications and interventions per physician orders Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Document patient care activities accurately and promptly Adhere to hospital policies including holiday coverage and on-call requirements Participate in orientation and continuing education sessions as scheduled
What You Need Required:
Current Missouri RN license BLS and ACLS certifications At least 1 year of recent PCU RN experience Experience with high acuity drips, arterial lines,
Bipap, Airvo Preferred:
Experience in high-dependency or ICU settings Ability to float to related units if needed About the Assignment This assignment is with a leading hospital in Liberty, Missouri, renowned for high-quality care and patient safety. The unit primarily manages high-acuity patients requiring intensive nursing skills. Orientation will consist of a mix of joint training sessions, clinical onboarding, and hospital-specific protocols.
