ROOM MUST HAVE TO SUBMIT TO CLIENT
- MO or Compact License
- 1-2 evals required
- ALL LOA must be upfront

Facility Details:
DRIVERS ONLY
The closest airport is 50 miles away. No public transportation. This is a very small town- Onsite housing: We have onsite housing that we offer for a $5/hour reduction in pay. It is a single room with a bed, small table, and bathroom. There is a shared living room and kitchenette down the hallway.

Orientation:
- 8/10 start date
- 40hrs, 8 hr days
- 12 weeks

Mondays Unit Details:
- BLS Required
- 2+ years of OR experience preferred
- scrubbing experience preferred
- General, Ortho, Urology, Podiatry, OB/GYN, Endoscopy experience required
Number of Suites:
1 OR suite, 1 OR/OB suite, 1 procedure room, 6 pre-post bays, 2 bay PACUCall Requirements:
Yes call is required, typically 8-10 shifts per month, typically 1-3 weekend coverage unless needs are moreShift:
DAYS- SCH to low census "call off" staff one time every 2 weeks without penalty (AM add to confirmation) Basic travel nursing requirements include:
- 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care
- Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
- Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specificfacility/unit
- An enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help Travel nurses work for a limited amount of time at a particular location, providing patient care and support before moving on to their next exciting adventure.
