As an RN, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care and assisting in the coordination of healthcare services. Duties:

Assess patients' health status and document findings
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive measures
Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

Skills:

Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
Proficient in performing basic life support techniques
Ability to accurately assess vital signs and recognize abnormal findings
Experience administering injections and medications
Familiarity with electronic medical record systems

Requirements:

Valid RN license in Missouri
CPR certification required /
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
