As an RN, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care and assisting in the coordination of healthcare services. Duties:
  • Assess patients' health status and document findings
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive measures
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
  • Proficient in performing basic life support techniques
  • Ability to accurately assess vital signs and recognize abnormal findings
  • Experience administering injections and medications
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
Requirements:
  • Valid RN license in Missouri
  • CPR certification required /
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
