Why You'll Love This Schedule Consistent Thursday-Saturday Day Shift Work three 12s each week Enjoy four days off every week (Sunday-Wednesday) Better work-life balance with a predictable schedule What You'll Do Lead and support the nursing team during your shift Provide skilled nursing care while ensuring excellent resident outcomes Assess residents and communicate changes with providers and families Administer medications and treatments Mentor CNAs and LPNs while fostering a positive team culture Help maintain survey readiness and regulatory compliance Be an advocate for residents and their families We're Looking For Someone Who Has a current RN license Enjoys mentoring and leading by example Is dependable and accountable Has excellent assessment and critical thinking skills Believes teamwork makes everyone stronger Wants to be part of improving our facility for our residents and our staff Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred, but we welcome RNs with strong clinical skills and a passion for caring for others.
