• Medical Oncology Osage Beach , MO Nursing/Nursing Support Full Time , Day Shift , M-F Req # 10082 Lake Regional Health System is looking for a dependable, professional Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Oncology department.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Take all nurse inbound calls to triage the patient and schedule the patient's appointment. Help with work quality reports and schedule accordingly Complete all refills Escort patients to the exam room and documents chief complaints Document patient care in the electronic medical record Assist physicians and/or nurse practitioners by providing assessment, treatment, testing, and education for the patients of the practice. Greet patients warmly and respectfully, demonstrating compassion Respond in a timely manner and keep patients informed while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all privacy and protected health regulations. Assist physician/nurse practitioner with in-clinic procedures.

Qualifications:

Good communication and interpersonal skills Current RN licensure in Missouri or another state participating in the nurse licensure compact Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS is preferred.
