Responsibilities:

Provide specialized care for patients in the stepdown/IMC/Pcu unit. Monitor patient vital signs and respond to clinical needs promptly. Collaborate with healthcare team including patient care technicians and health unit coordinators. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
