2 Description American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a Days shift 13-week assignment requiring 2+ years of Med/Surg experience and a MO or compact RN license. Details Acute care Med/Surg unit at a Level 3 trauma facility 39-bed unit including 24 Med/Surg-tele beds Patient population includes non-acute cardiac cases such as pacemakers, monitoring, and potassium level management Basic telemetry experience beneficial but not required Patient ratio of 1:6 Uses

MEDITECH

charting system and McKesson medication system Schedule consists of 3x12-hour shifts, 7a-7p, with some weekends required 36 guaranteed hours per week May float first to other Med/Surg units within scope of practice Requirements Active MO or compact RN license required Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience required Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required

MEDITECH

charting experience highly preferred BSN not required Additional Information Provide direct patient care on a busy Med/Surg unit with a mix of general and telemetry patients Royal blue scrubs required, not provided by facility Facility may cancel up to 1 shift per 4 weeks worked Housing may be limited due to peak tourism season through Labor Day
