As an RN with a passion for education, youll work full time (37.5 hours per week) in a supportive school environment, focusing on both student health and wellness education. Key Qualifications:

Active RN license with a clear record Experience as a school nurse or in pediatric settings preferred Background in health education or RN educator roles strongly desired LPNs with relevant school experience are welcome to apply Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and families Compassionate, adaptable, and ready to meet the evolving needs of a middle school community

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct nursing care, first aid, and emergency response for middle school students and staff Create and implement health education initiatives in the school setting Maintain accurate and confidential student health records Collaborate with educators, counselors, and administration on student wellness plans Educate students, staff, and parents on health practices, prevention, and wellness topics Administer prescribed medications and monitor chronic health conditions Provide health screenings and coordinate with outside providers as needed
