Key Qualifications & Experience:

Current, valid RN license required Experience working as a nurse or educator in school settings preferred Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach with middle school-aged children Ability to respond quickly and efficiently in emergency situations Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage confidential information with discretion

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver daily medical care, respond to student illnesses and injuries, and administer prescribed medications Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with policy guidelines Develop and implement health education programs for students and staff Provide health screenings, immunization tracking, and support individualized health plans Act as a resource for staff regarding medical protocols, allergies, and care plans Collaborate with educators, counselors, and parents to create a safe and healthy school environment
