Qualifications:

Current, active RN license in good standing Minimum 1 year recent Med-Surg Oncology experience required BLS certification (additional oncology/chemotherapy certification preferred) Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills Adaptability to rapidly changing patient care environments Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients undergoing medical and surgical treatments Administer medications, chemotherapy, and blood products as prescribed Monitor patients and promptly report changes in condition Participate in patient and family education Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and support staff to coordinate optimal patient care Document care accurately and efficiently using EMR systems
