As a School RN, you will collaborate with fellow educators and LPN support to create a safe and healthy school environment.

What Were Looking For:

Current, active RN license Experience in school or pediatric nursing preferred Ability to provide both direct care (medication administration, acute needs, chronic condition management) and health education to adolescents Skilled in working with LPNs and educational staff as part of an interdisciplinary team Strong communication and organizational abilities Kind, patient approach while establishing boundaries appropriate to a middle school setting CPR/BLS certification required

Your Responsibilities:

Deliver daily health care to middle school students, responding to both routine and emergency needs Educate students and staff about health practices, prevention, and wellness Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines Manage care plans for students with chronic conditions, collaborating with families and team members Work closely with LPN on site to ensure comprehensive coverage of all nursing duties Support a positive, inclusive school climate through health promotion and outreach
