Key Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process to deliver quality patient care. Maintain professional accountability and evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are upheld. Perform duties consistent with organizational mission, values, and standards.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an approved School of Nursing. Current RN licensure in the state or valid compact license. Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification or completion within probation period.
