Full Job Description Role:

Provides professional nursing care within a medical practice, supporting physicians in patient treatment and completing clinical paperwork.

Responsibilities:

Assist physicians, communicate compassionately with patients, families, visitors, and staff, and perform related duties. Uphold the organization's values of caring, respect, and dignity, integrating Christian principles into patient care.

Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited nursing school with knowledge of nursing principles, care procedures, medications, patient education, and safety practices. Current valid state nursing license. CPR certification or obtain within 90 days of employment.

Skills and Attributes:

Compassionate, professional communication, teamwork, adherence to safety standards, and ability to integrate organizational values into daily practice.
