Key responsibilities include:

Providing high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in a 16-bed monitored unit Managing complex therapies such as lumbar drain, ventricular drain, vasopressors, Bipap, insulin drips, and sedation Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and participating in cross-training opportunities Mentoring team members and pursuing career advancement within ICU settings

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current RN license in the state or with a compact license Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks
