Duties :
Provide expert advice on patient care, treatment options, and medical procedures to patients, families, and healthcare professionals Conduct thorough assessments of patients and their medical conditions to develop effective care plans. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure that patients receive high-quality care. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in medical technology, anatomy, and physiology to provide the best possible care. Skills:
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology. Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) Experience in patient care and medical documentation in long term care skilled nursing . Proficiency in maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and patients. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
