Job Description Join the Float Pool Team at Hedrick Medical Center! Hedrick Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic float pool team. This is a great opportunity to work with a supportive group while enjoying schedule flexibility and expanding your clinical skillset.
Shift:
Full Time Nights, 7p-7a
Positions Highlights:
Float between Emergency Department (ED), Med Surg Intermediate, ICU, and House Supervisor roles as needed. Collaborate with a strong, team-oriented staff Gain diverse experience across multiple units Opportunities for professional growth and skill development Accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Responsible for performing patient care delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff. Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies rules guidelines and procedures. Tier 1 will work at one entity. Job Requirements Applicable Experience:
