Responsibilities Assess patient conditions through routine and specialized care techniques and consultations. Create, evaluate, and update individualized care plans based on patient needs. Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other medical professionals to deliver effective integrated care. Administer medications and perform therapeutic and psychiatric interventions. Educate patients and their families on management of their mental health conditions. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
