Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to terminally ill patients in their homes or inpatient hospice units. Develop patient-centered care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Administer medications, perform symptom management, and monitor patient status. Educate and support patients and their families on end-of-life care and coping mechanisms. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in accordance with regulations. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Required Skills Strong clinical skills in hospice and palliative care settings. Ability to work compassionately with patients experiencing end-of-life stages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
