IV Therapy & Aesthetic Nurse (RN) We're opening a brand-new wellness studio in the Elk Grove Village, IL area, focused on IV hydration and vitamin infusion therapy alongside medical aesthetic services. We're building a boutique, client-first practice that pairs clinical expertise with a warm, spa-like experience — and we're looking for the right RN to help us launch it. Reports To:

Owner / Medical Director We're hiring an experienced RN to lead our IV hydration and vitamin infusion services from day one. This is a true ground-floor opportunity — as one of our first hires, you'll help shape how this service line runs. For RNs who already inject Botox and dermal fillers, or who want to grow into it, there is a clear path to add those services under physician oversight as the practice grows. Key Responsibilities Perform patient assessments and administer IV vitamin/hydration infusions per protocol and physician orders Monitor patients throughout treatment and respond appropriately to any adverse reactions Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation for every visit Maintain a clean, safe, properly stocked treatment environment (sterile technique, supply and inventory management) Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and aftercare Build genuine rapport with clients to support retention and referrals in a boutique wellness setting As the practice grows: assist with, and eventually perform (under medical director delegation), Botox and dermal filler injections for qualified candidates Qualifications & Requirements Active, unrestricted Illinois RN license Current BLS certification (ACLS a plus) Prior hands-on experience with IV insertion and infusion therapy required Experience in medspa, aesthetics, or cosmetic injectables strongly preferred, but not required — training and mentorship available for the right candidate For candidates interested in injectables: current certification or experience administering neurotoxins (Botox/Dysport) and dermal fillers is a significant plus Comfortable in a small, entrepreneurial, patient-facing environment Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in wellness and aesthetics Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented with safety and documentation protocols

If you already have Botox and dermal filler experience, we'd love to bring that into your role right away, under the physician delegation and medical director oversight Illinois requires. If you're newer to injectables but interested, we're open to supporting additional training and certification as the practice gets established — with pay adjusted accordingly once you're performing those services (injector-level pay in this market runs meaningfully higher than infusion-only pay — see Compensation below).
