Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Emergency Room setting Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred Strong assessment, communication, and clinical skills Ability to collaborate efficiently under pressure with physicians and fellow nurses Demonstrates quick-thinking, adaptability, and resilience in acute situations

Responsibilities:

Triage, assess, and monitor patients entering the Emergency Department Implement physician orders, administer medications, and perform necessary procedures with accuracy Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation Provide emotional support and education to patients and families during stressful encounters Work collaboratively to respond to emergent situations and deliver optimal patient outcomes Assist with rapid stabilization, trauma care, and code response as needed
