REGISTERED NURSE

for wound care to join our team and serve the community in our modern new facility. What we offer for this

RN Wound Care Position:

Responsible for weekly wound documentation, admission documentation , care plans and interventions. Conduct skin care in-services and education to nursing staff. Monitor completion of weekly body audits and documentation by charge nurses. Attend High Risk meetings and quarterly QAPI. This position is Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30PM and requires on-call weekend rotation
